living room, 1 complete kitchen, 1 bedroom with bed for a child, 1
bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower. The mini apartment is restructured in
an old farmhouse in the centre of an enviable valley. It's possible to
take advantage of a barbecue in the court-yard endowed also with a
pizza oven.

- Including bed-linen, bathroom-linen,
blanket and coverlets, charges included(light, water, gas);
- Heating, if necessary , payable if used;
- Final cleaning included.

Arrival and departure
|
- The arrive in the reserved rooms must be
respected ( exept agreements from 12.00 A.M. to 8.00 P.M.)
- The departure is fixed before 10.00 A.M.
- The apartment is equipped with a
refrigerator, gas stove, dishes and anything else needed to stay.
- It's available a weekly change of linen.
- For the mini apartment is needed a
caution of 100 US. $ (100 Euro) that will be versed at arrival.
Eventually damages must be signalized to the owner.

must be versed at the reservation.
- The caution will be released at the
departure.

- Payment is fixed for the day before the
